- 1.3 Once your request is received, we will confirm the status and process the cancellation if eligible.
2. Cancellation Fees
- 2.1 No cancellation fees apply if canceled within the allowed time and before processing/shipping.
- 2.2 If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may be responsible for applicable shipping fees.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- 3.1 If your order is successfully canceled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-7 days.
